- People with university degrees in related fields including:History, Linguistics, Literature, Philosophy, Journalism, Anthropology, International Studies, Law, Social Management, Political Science, Han Nom, Sociology, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Environmental Science, Geography, Cultural Studies, Cultural Management, Economics.
- People with university degrees in various fieldscorrect(or suitable)no need to take extra classes, including industries:Vietnamese Studies, Vietnamese Language and Culture and Vietnamese Language graduates from Universities abroad.

3. Certificate
