The Department of Archival Studies and Office Management is recruiting students for the "Office Administration Skills and Professional Practices" course, with a training duration of one month.
Target applicants: - Officials currently working in the fields of administration, office management, and document management/archiving at agencies, organizations, and businesses; - Students currently enrolled in vocational, college, or university programs. Based on academic performance, learners will be awarded a certificate from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
The course will commence on October 8, 2012. (Students should register and complete enrollment procedures on Monday, October 8, 2012, at the Faculty office.)
Course duration: 1 month, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings (from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM).
Location: Office of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management (Building B, Staircase 2, 4th Floor), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City.
Tuition fee for the entire course: 2,000,000 VND (Two million Vietnamese Dong). For current students (with valid student ID), the tuition fee is 1,500,000 VND.
