The Center for Journalism and Media Professional Training is recruiting students for its Television Production course, which will begin in December 2012.

1. Target Audience: Graduates/current students from colleges/universities. 2. Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students will acquire basic theoretical knowledge of television and master the professional skills to produce a television program. Specifically: + Scriptwriting and television scripts; television program production process; television journalism genres; television terminology. + Techniques for filming basic television genres such as news, documentaries, music videos, etc. Students will practice filming on modern video cameras. + Techniques for non-linear editing and common computer graphics special effects programs. + Practical training accounts for 70% of the course time. 3. Instructors: Experienced and reputable lecturers and journalists from Vietnam Television (VTV) and VTC. 4. Course Duration: 14 sessions. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 6 PM to 8 PM. 5. Registration: Applications are accepted until December 26, 2012 at the Center.
