Currently, Buddhism in Gia Lam District is in the process of further improvement and development: Regarding the administrative organization of Vietnamese Buddhism in Gia Lam District: The Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Gia Lam District is a member organization, directly managed by the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Hanoi City. With the functions, duties, and powers of a district-level Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association, it has consistently strived for the benefit of Buddhism in Gia Lam District in particular, and Hanoi Buddhism in general, contributing to the development of Vietnamese Buddhism. Thanks to the continuous efforts of the District Buddhist Executive Board, Buddhist activities in Gia Lam District have achieved remarkable achievements in many aspects: In terms of structure, the Executive Board continuously improves and enhances the quality and level of Buddhist activities, fully demonstrating the principles of unity, centralization, democracy, and placing the interests of the nation and the Buddhist Association above personal interests or those of specific sects and schools.

Temples in villages and neighborhoods have become centers of cultural and spiritual life for the people. Today, Buddhist activities in Gia Lam district are increasingly diverse and rich, with many innovations to meet the spiritual needs of the people and make more practical contributions to various aspects of life in Gia Lam district.
