- Firstly, the thesis clarifies some theoretical aspects of international political relations (concepts and characteristics of international political relations; factors affecting international political relations; some typical theories in the study of international political relations; approaches to studying the content of international political relations in a specific period of time;...).
- Second, international political relations in the period 1945-1955 were studied scientifically and systematically based on a political approach, in which the power competition between relevant subjects was the main focus of research.
- Third, international political relations from 1945 to 1955 are reviewed in a comprehensive manner, thereby pointing out its main impacts on the Vietnamese revolution as well as proposing a number of recommendations of theoretical and practical value for Vietnam in the current period.
