10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis has completed a detailed measurement and evaluation of the corporate culture of Long Bien Investment Joint Stock Company (LIC) using the DOCS model. A prominent and novel finding is the identification of a clear cultural imbalance between internal orientation (Consistency, Engagement) and external orientation (Adaptability, Mission). Specifically, Adaptability is the most serious weakness (scoring only 3.9/5.0 points), manifested by slow technological innovation, lack of flexibility in the face of market fluctuations, and a cautious culture that is reluctant to experiment with new ideas. The thesis identifies the core cause of this weakness as a lack of systematic market research processes and a lack of interdepartmental collaboration at the management level, leading to delays in important projects. Based on this, the thesis proposes a comprehensive system of solutions focusing on improving Adaptability while strengthening Consistency, Mission, and Engagement.
11. Practical applications:
This study is a practical and highly valuable contribution to Long Bien Investment Joint Stock Company. The thesis provides a comprehensive, scientifically-based picture of the current corporate culture structure, helping the leadership clearly identify strengths to leverage and core weaknesses to address. The proposed solutions present a clear roadmap aimed at strengthening internal capabilities and enhancing the company's sustainable competitiveness. Implementing these solutions will not only strengthen discipline and consensus (Consistency) but also make the company more flexible, innovative, and adaptable (Adaptability) to market trends. Simultaneously, promoting inter-departmental collaboration at the management level will improve operational efficiency, minimize conflict, and accelerate decision-making, ensuring stable and sustainable development for the company in the future.
12. Future research directions:
Despite achieving significant results, the thesis acknowledges the limitations of its scope, being limited to a single company, and the survey data being primarily based on perceptions at a single point in time. Therefore, further research could focus on two key areas.
Firstly, broaden the scope by conducting a comparative study of the cultural structure of Long Bien Investment Joint Stock Company with key competitors in similar service industries (such as restaurants, hotels, and golf services). This will provide deeper insight and identify cultural characteristics that create a competitive advantage.
Secondly, conduct a periodic study (every 1-2 years) on the implementation of the proposed solutions. The goal is to measure the actual level of cultural shift according to the DOCS model and determine the direct impact of that cultural shift on the Company's core business performance indicators.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis successfully measured and evaluated the corporate culture of Long Bien Investment Corporation according to the DOCS model (Denison Organizational Culture Survey). The new and notable finding of the research is the identification of a clear cultural imbalance between internal orientation (Consistency, Involvement) and external orientation (Adaptability, Mission). Specifically, the Adaptability dimension is the most critical weakness (scoring only 3.9/5.0 points), which is manifested through slow technological innovation, lack of flexibility in the face of market changes, and a cautious culture that is hesitant to experiment with new ideas. The thesis identifies the core reasons for this weakness: the lack of systematic market research processes and the lack of cross-functional cooperative mindset at the management level, which has led to delays in critical projects. Based on these findings, the thesis proposes a comprehensive system of solutions, focusing on addressing Adaptability while strengthening Consistency, Mission, and Involvement.
12. Practical applicability:
This study is a practical contribution with high applicability for Long Bien Investment Corporation. The thesis provides a comprehensive, scientifically-grounded picture of the current cultural structure, helping the Board of Directors clearly identify strengths to promote and core weaknesses to address. The proposed system of solutions is a clear roadmap aimed at strengthening internal capacity and enhancing the company's sustainable competitive advantage. The implementation of these solutions will help the Company not only be strong in discipline and consensus (Consistency) but also become more flexible, innovative and adaptive (Adaptability) to market trends. Concurrently, promoting cross-functional cooperation at the management level will improve operational efficiency, minimize conflicts, and increase the speed of decision-making, ensuring the Company's stable and sustainable development in the future.
13. Further research directions:
achieving important results, the thesis acknowledges certain limitations regarding its scope, which is confined to a single company, and the data, which is mainly based on employee perceptions at a single point in time. Therefore, future research can focus on two main areas.
First, expanding the scope by conducting a comparative study of Long Bien Investment Corporation's corporate culture structure against key competitors in similar service sectors (such as restaurants, hotels, and golf services). This comparison will provide a deeper insight and help clarify which cultural characteristics create a competitive advantage.
Second, conducting a periodic evaluation (after 1-2 years) following the implementation of the proposed solutions. The objective is to measure the actual cultural shift according to the DOCS model and determine the direct impact of that cultural shift on the Company's core business performance indicators.
