Introduction

Korean Studies is a field of study that focuses on Korea, encompassing its culture, history, economy, national character, language, and more.
The Korean Studies program provides in-depth foundational knowledge of the Korean language and culture, equipping graduates with the skills to participate in the domestic, regional, and global labor markets. In addition to knowledge of Korean culture, country, and people, Korean Studies graduates can proficiently use the Korean language in communication, research, and teaching; and are capable of Korean-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-Korean translation and interpretation.
