To meet the needs for standardization and professional development in the fields of administration, office management, and document management and archiving at central and local agencies, organizations, and businesses, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is pleased to announce the enrollment plan for the certificate training course “Administrative and Office Management Skills and Document Management and Archiving” and the “Document Management and Archiving Professional Skills” course in December 2025 – January 2026. The details are as follows:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Officials, civil servants, and employees currently working in the administrative, office, and document management/archiving fields at state agencies, enterprises, and socio-political organizations at the central and local levels;
- Students from vocational schools, colleges, and universities (especially graduating students who need to work in corporate offices or government agencies);
- Organizations and individuals who need to improve their knowledge of administration, office work, and document management and archiving.
2. Time and format of study:
- Class schedule: Saturdays and Sundays
- Start date:December 29, 2025
- Learning format: Online
3. Application documents:
- Course registration form (according to template).

4. Type of diploma awarded:
- Upon completion of the training course and if all course requirements are met, trainees will be awarded a certificate by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Certificate name:
+ “Skills for Office Administration, Records and Archives Management”.
+ “Records and Archives Management”
In addition, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi also organizes certificate training courses such as: "Document Management"; "Archival Management"; "Secretarial Management" and other training courses to meet the needs of agencies, organizations, and businesses in the fields of document management, archiving, and office administration.
5. Time and location for submitting applications:
- Time: Weekdays from Monday to Friday (during business hours).
- Application submission location: Department of Archival Studies and Office Management, Room 410, Building B, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi (applicants can submit their applications directly to the Department or send them by mail).
6. Tuition fees:
- The tuition fee for online courses is: 3,200,000 VND (Three million two hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) per student per course (including certificate issuance fee). Students are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
- 20% tuition fee reduction for full-time students of vocational schools, colleges, and universities nationwide, and for groups of 5 or more students.
