Content: The project is a place where leading researchers from Japan and Vietnam share theories, apply practices, and propose solutions to problems arising in the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, enhancing the ability to promote cultural heritage values as a tourism resource to help economic recovery after the pandemic.
Result: International scientific conference “Preservation and promotion of heritage values in the context of Covid-19”. The conference attracted a lot of attention, with 8 reports reflecting the current status of typical cultural heritages in Hoi An, Duong Lam, Nghe An, Tien Giang (on architecture, decorative arts, costumes, festivals, cuisine, cultural life of people, etc.); mentioning international lessons and experiences shared from Japanese heritage conservation examples.
