ContentTo enhance the management knowledge and leadership capabilities of female lecturers and researchers in the academic community of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Result:Ten female teaching and research staff members were selected, all of whom had been appointed to management positions (at the University, Faculty, Department, and Professional Team levels) and were expected to apply newly acquired knowledge, skills, and motivation to achieve further success in their respective roles.
