1. Political ideology
Recognizing that political and ideological development is crucial for shaping the stance, character, and professional responsibility of future managers, the Faculty always pays special attention to these activities. The Faculty seriously implements, fully participates in, and effectively carries out political and ideological activities initiated by the University, such as: the Student Civic Education Week; the campaign to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; dialogues between the University leadership and students to promote grassroots democracy; and activities commemorating major holidays: the founding day of the Communist Party of Vietnam, National Day, the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, the liberation of the South, the founding day of the Vietnam People's Army, etc.
The Faculty proactively organizes and coordinates with various student organizations within the Faculty to conduct diverse activities aimed at educating students on political awareness and patriotism, such as: student exchanges with veterans; political talks on Vietnam's sovereignty, etc.
2. Student Affairs
As the department directly responsible for addressing student rights related to scholarships and connecting students with employers, the Faculty's student affairs are always given top priority:

  • Timely dissemination and accurate implementation of information regarding scholarships outside the state budget.
  • Providing maximum and effective support to students in fulfilling scholarship application requirements and applications for participation in regional and international forums.
  • Conduct thorough surveys on the employment status of alumni, thereby contributing to the assessment and adjustment of the training program's ability to meet societal needs.
  • Coordinate the organization of theatrical competitions to connect students with job placement partners such as the Vietnam Association of Business Managers…
3. Hard skills
Human resource management (human resource planning, recruitment, training, human resource development, compensation and benefits management, organizational development, etc.); Science, technology and innovation management (research on science, technology and innovation systems - STI, analysis and evaluation of science, technology and innovation policies, creative thinking in entrepreneurship, etc.); Intellectual property management (protection, enforcement and commercialization of intellectual property rights of individuals/organizations/businesses: copyright, inventions, industrial designs, trademarks, geographical indications, etc.); Management culture and ethics (developing strategies, content and sets of standards on management culture and ethics, etc.); Grassroots management and social policy (grassroots management skills in economics, planning, analysis, evaluation: cultural policy, sustainable poverty reduction policy, education policy, social assistance policy).
4. Soft skills
Planning, decision-making, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, presentation, project management, personal branding and positioning... Cultivating a positive work attitude and professional ethics, always demonstrating responsibility, self-reliance, awareness, work discipline, scientific work methods, and creative thinking abilities...
