(HTV) The distribution of scores in the 2026 high school graduation exam shows that the group of candidates achieving very high scores in the C00 subject combination has decreased sharply compared to previous years. This is predicted to be a factor causing the cut-off scores for many social science majors to "cool down," opening up more opportunities for candidates in this year's admissions season.

The government has recently issued Decree No. 271/2026/ND-CP dated July 3, 2026, stipulating the exemption of textbooks for general education and the exemption of tuition fees and textbooks for the subject of National Defense and Security Education at higher education and vocational education institutions.
