1. Applicable subjects:The Logo and Visual Identity System (VIS) of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) is a standard document developed to ensure consistency, professionalism and image value of the University.
Applicable subjects include:
- Units under the School: Faculties/institutes/research centers, functional departments, mass organizations;
- Officers, lecturers and staff currently working at the School;
- Students, trainees, and postgraduates of the School's training systems;
- Partners, sponsors, media agencies, and external organizations when using the image of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in cooperative activities with the University;
- Design, printing and event organization units designated or contracted by the School.
2. Scope of application:The NDHA is applied in all communication, promotion, publication, event organization, content publishing activities... specifically:
- Design of communication publications: posters, brochures, banners, backdrops, invitations, certificates, etc.
- Digital platform applications: website, official social network, email, video clip.
- Event graphics: backdrop, podium, nameplate, standee, souvenirs...
- Office applications: business cards, letterheads, envelopes, uniforms, employee name tags...
- Signs, signage, campus maps and visual identity space designs in facility categories.
- Documents sent out or publicly announced related to the School's image.
3. Purpose of use:- Units are allowed to use the Logo and NDHA of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi in communication activities and event organization (design, printing banners, backdrops, standees...), ensuring accuracy of the technical regulations of the Logo and NDHA.
- Units that need to print the Logo and NDHA on souvenir products, office publications, trade promotion products, etc. must have the approval of the Principal through the censorship opinion of the General Administration Department.
- Any use of the School's Logo and elements in the NDHA on publications for commercial purposes without the approval of the Board of Directors is illegal and a violation of copyright.
- The collective of students (Youth Union organizations, Student Associations, individual students) are allowed to use the Image Identity System for activities related to political and ideological education, study, scientific research, arts and sports, event organization and communication activities, promoting the School's image.
- Individuals are not allowed to use the Logo and elements in the NDHA Ministry of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU for personal purposes.
