CultureThese are the traditional historical, cultural, scientific, and civilizational foundations of the Vietnamese people; they are the spiritual, moral, and humanistic values ​​of the Vietnamese people. The philosophy based on the pillar of cultural heritage reflects a spirit of self-confidence, preservation, and promotion of fine traditions in the strategy of education and the formation of the new Vietnamese personality.

ModernThese are the world's most advanced scientific and technological achievements; they represent the finest cultural and civilizational values ​​of humanity. The philosophy, based on the pillar of Modernity, expresses the goal of mastering, exploiting, and applying the best of contemporary science to impart up-to-date knowledge, innovate advanced methods, educate professional skills, and foster high adaptability to the natural and social environment.

LiberationThis philosophy embodies the learner's sense of ownership in all aspects of training, self-training, and service to society. Based on the pillar of Liberalism, this philosophy aims to foster independent thinking, promote creativity, and cultivate a desire to serve society in a strategy that optimizes educational outcomes and meets the demands of international integration in the new national context.

The educational philosophy is based on a close, harmonious, unified, and synchronized combination of three elements: Culture, Modernity, and Enlightenment, aiming to train learners with a solid cultural foundation, the ability to integrate into the modern world, and a free academic mindset and social responsibility. This philosophy reflects a humanistic aspiration with a mission to lead in training high-quality, highly skilled human resources; to research, create, and disseminate knowledge in social sciences and humanities, serving the cause of national construction, defense, and international integration.
