• Working at the Faculty of History and Culture since March 2026, as a lecturer.
• Prior to working at the Faculty of History and Culture, he taught culture for 26 years and served as Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Culture, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education (under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) for 8 years, and Deputy Director of the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education (under the Ministry of Education and Training) for 1 year.
• Research and teaching focus: Cultural studies (folklore, traditional festivals, cultural management, cultural industry, cultural heritage).
