This was the statement made by Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, at the launch ceremony of the book "Hanoi - A Biography of a City" by author William Stewart Logan at the 8th Hanoi Book Fair - 2023, held this morning, October 7th.
