On the occasion of the anniversary of the Government's promulgation of the Decree on VNU (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2024), VNU Electronic Information Portal respectfully introduces an article by Prof. Dr. of Science, People's Teacher Vu Minh Giang, Chairman of the VNU Science and Technology Council, former Vice President of VNU, on the major and important orientations of the Party for the development of VNU in the new period.
