Thursday, January 19th	- 8:30 AM: PHTr. NV Kim held a meeting regarding the proposal to develop the NVCL project for 2012 (Room 203, Administration Building, VNU Hanoi).- 10:30 AMThe Board of Directors will meet with the staff of the Administrative Block to celebrate the end of the year (Meeting room on the 5th floor of building H). All staff of the Administrative Block are invited to attend. The Administration and Human Resources Department will prepare.	- 8:00 PMThe school administration is going to offer New Year greetings. The Administration Department is making preparations.
Friday, January 20th		- 4:00 PMRepresentatives from the Board of Directors will inspect the seals and fire safety measures at the various units. Representatives from the Administration and Human Resources Department are invited to accompany them.
Saturday, January 21st	The Lunar New Year holiday lasts until January 29th.

This calendar serves as an invitation.
9:00 AM, January 26th (the 4th day of the Lunar New Year, Year of the Dragon): A ceremony to offer incense at the Temple of Literature and Mia Pagoda, Va Temple (Son Tay, Hanoi). The bus carrying staff will depart from the school at 8:00 AM on the same day. All staff members are invited to attend (Note: Children and family members are not allowed). The Science and Tourism Services Company, Administration and Human Resources Department will handle the preparations.
8:00 AM, January 31st: Meeting of the Administrative Staff (Room 506, Building E). The Administration and Human Resources Department will prepare.
