On April 17, 2014, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quang Minh - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, together with representatives of the Faculty of Political Science and the Faculty of History of the University, received and worked with Professor Detlef Briesen, University of Giessen (Germany) to discuss cooperation proposals between the two sides.
