- 8:00 AM: Party Committee Meeting (Room 506, Building E). The Party Committee Office will prepare.

- 10:00 AM: Vice President PG Lam receives guests from Kookmyung University, South Korea (Room 505, Building E). Representatives from the Faculty of Oriental Studies, the Training Department, and the Student Affairs Department are invited to attend. The International Relations Department will handle the preparations.
- 1:30 PM: The Rector receives the Rector of the University of Nantes, France (Room 505, Building E). Dr. Trinh Van Tung is invited to attend. The International Relations Department will prepare.

- 2:00 PM: Meeting of the Administrative Staff (Room 506, Building E). The Administration and Human Resources Department will prepare.
Tuesday

- 8:00 AM: Vice President of the Southern Region attends the workshop to provide feedback on the draft Decree on ethnic affairs (80 Phan Dinh Phung Street).

- 8:00 AM: Vice Principal PG Lam and Vice Principal V.D. Nghieu will hold a mid-term self-assessment meeting of the school's council (Room 701, Building E). All council members are invited to attend. The Quality Assurance Center will prepare.

- 10:00 AM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu receives the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany (Room 506, Building E). Representatives from the Departments of International Studies, History, Tourism, International Relations and Office Management, Philosophy, Management Science, and the Student Affairs Office are invited to attend. The International Relations Office will prepare.

The principal is away on a business trip until the end of the week.
- 2:00 PM: Vice Rector PG Lam will hold a graduation review meeting for the Journalism - Communication class (part-time program) in Ha Nam (Room 503, Building E). The Training Department will prepare.

- 2:30 PM: Vice Rector PG Lam will hold a graduation review meeting for the part-time Tourism program at the School (Room 503, Building E). The Training Department will prepare.

- 3:00 PM: Vice Rector LB Nam will attend the Opening Ceremony of the QH-2009-X postgraduate program (Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E). Representatives from departments and faculties offering postgraduate programs are invited to attend. The Research Management & Postgraduate Training Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: Vice President of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, will work with the leadership of the Center for Chinese Studies (Central Institute for Chinese Studies Office). Representatives from the International Relations Department and the Science and Technology Department are invited to attend. The Research Management and Postgraduate Training Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: Vice Rector PG Lam convenes the Organizing Committee meeting for alumni of Batch 1 with students of Batch QH-2008-X (Room 506, Building E). Invited attendees include Prof. Nguyen Kim Dinh, Prof. Vu Duong Ninh; representatives from the Dean's Office and political and student affairs assistants of the Literature, Linguistics, and History faculties; representatives from the Student Affairs Department; and the President of the University's Student Union. The Student Affairs Department will handle the preparations.

- 8:00 AM: Vice Rector LB Nam attends the Seminar on Religious Culture in the Context of Globalization (Room 506, Building E – all day). The Research Management & Postgraduate Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector PG Lam will hold a meeting on the report regarding the "16+23" training program in Linguistics (Room 701, Building E). Representatives from the International Relations, Science and Technology, Administration and International Relations, Personnel and Organization departments, and the Faculty of Linguistics are invited to attend. The Training Department will prepare the necessary documents.

- 2:30 PM: Vice Principal V.D. Nghieu receives the school health inspection team (Room 402, Building E). The Administration and Management Department will prepare.

- 4:00 PM: Vice President V.D. Nghieu will hold a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the Conference on Research and Teaching of Vietnamese and Chinese Language and Culture in East Asia (Room 402, Building E). The Research Management & Postgraduate Training Department and the Faculty of Linguistics will prepare.

- 8:00 AM: Vice Rector PG Lam attends the training work briefing (Room 506, Building E). The Training Department and the Student Affairs Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: Associate Professor V.D. Nghieu attends the International Conference on the Role of the Vietnamese State Two Years After Joining the WTO (Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Building H). The Department of International Studies will prepare.
- 13:00: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu will be teaching (Room 405, Building G).
Saturday
31/10
- 8:00 AM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu attends the opening ceremony of the Journalism - Communication course (part-time program) in Ha Nam. The Training Department will prepare.

- 8:00 AM: Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union will work with the leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union (39 Hang Chuoi Street). The Research Management & Postgraduate Training Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: Vice Rector PG Lam attends the closing ceremony of Course 4 of the Film Training Project (Room 701, Building E). The DADA Office will prepare.

- 7:00 AM: Vice Rector PG Lam supervises the graduation exam for the Journalism - Communication class (part-time program) at the school. The Training Department prepares.
