WORK SCHEDULE OF SCHOOL LEADERS

Monday 08/02	- 10:00: Vice Chairman V.D. Nghieu attends the 2009 Year-end Conference and meets with representatives of local leaders on the occasion of the Canh Dan Spring 2010 (Room 506, Building E). Invites the President of the Trade Union, Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Association, President of the Veterans Association and leaders of departments to attend. The HC-QT Department prepares.	- 14:00: Vice President NK Son, Vice President NV Kim visited and wished a Happy New Year to the families and retired comrades who were former Presidents and Party Committee Secretaries of Hanoi National University. The TCCB Department prepared.
Tuesday 09/02	- 8:30: Vice President NK Son holds a meeting of the History training program self-assessment council (Room 701, Building E). Invite council members to attend. TTDBCL prepares. - 9:00 a.m.: The Board of Directors meets with veteran teachers on the occasion of the Canh Dan Spring (Room 506, Building E). Invite representatives of department leaders to attend. The TCCB Department prepares.	- 14:00: The Board of Directors visits and wishes a Happy New Year to some teachers and families with meritorious services. The Personnel Department prepares. - 18:30: The Board of Directors receives guests. The TCCB, DN - HTĐTQT and HC-QT departments prepare.
Wednesday 10/02	- 10:30: The Board of Directors attends the meeting of the Head Office's staff on the occasion of the year-end (meeting room on the 4th floor of building H). The HC-QT Department prepares.	- 14:00: The Board of Directors went to wish a Happy New Year to some veteran teachers.
Thursday 11/02
Friday 12/02	- 8:00 a.m.: Vice Chairman V.D. Nghieu inspected the implementation of the plan to ensure safety at the offices of the units to welcome the Lunar New Year. Invited representatives of the HC-QT Department to go together.

Teaching staff and students will have Tet holiday from February 8, 2010 to February 19, 2010; administrative staff will have Tet holiday from February 13, 2010 to February 18, 2010 (the above holiday time includes compensatory leave according to the Labor Law).
8:00 a.m., February 17: The Board of Directors attends the incense offering ceremony at the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam. All staff and civil servants of the school are invited to attend. The HR-QT Department prepares.
