Unlike many students in the class, Que does not take notes and memorize them, but always tries to find the most important points and then develop them according to a mind map. Because when you draw them like that, you will remember them longer and think more quickly.

Not only that, Que also has a very special method of learning literature, which is to watch more clips online to have a new understanding and deeper feeling about some works. This idea appeared from high school years, when you accidentally watched a movie clip with the appearance of the characters Chi Pheo and Thi No on TV.

“At that time, the images of Chi Pheo and Thi No were built through detailed and extremely realistic images. All the words in the novel were visualized through situations and images in the film. Through reading the novel and then watching the film, later when I was assigned an assignment to analyze the image of this character, I easily recalled and wrote with great emotion,” Que shared.

This method of reading books while watching clips with images that supplement the dry knowledge in books can also be applied to all other subjects. Perhaps, this is one of the secrets that helps Que achieve such high learning results.

In addition, going to the library to read books is also indispensable. Thanks to the guidance of teachers, Que has found good books for her studies and gradually accumulated knowledge.

“Preparing yourself mentally and absorbing knowledge from the beginning will help you avoid having to study intensively during the exam. Because by then, the knowledge is already in your head, you won’t spend much time reviewing your lessons, but will have more time to find new ideas to supplement your writing,” Que confided.

Dream of becoming a screenwriter

In her story, she said: Que once registered for the literature pedagogy exam to fulfill her dream of becoming a teacher in the future. However, after a year of studying at university, this dream gradually changed. Que realized that besides studying pedagogy, she also had the opportunity to do many other jobs. In particular, with a passion for writing and composing since childhood, Que increasingly wanted to become a screenwriter.

“When I read many novels and stories, I find the ideas of the stories very interesting, but many people do not have the conditions to read such works. Therefore, I want to be the one to rewrite those stories with pictures, not words,” Que said.

Realizing that screenwriting is a difficult profession that requires many skills, you are always conscious of improving your knowledge. Que said that your immediate plan is to maintain your academic performance, at the same time, you will read more books, and increase your time in the library.

Proud of having written many short stories of her own, Que does not stop there, she also wants to start writing film scripts. In the near future, Que plans to attend an English course, try to pass the exam to achieve the training goals of the Faculty, then register to join the School's Cinema Club.
