- (**) With high quality training programs that meet Circular 23/2014-TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training (CTĐT CLC TT23):Candidates must ensure that the Foreign Language subject of the 2019 National High School Exam achieves a minimum score of 4.0 or higher (on a 10-point scale) or have equivalent international foreign language certificates according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and VNU.
3. Conditions for candidates with priority admission:Candidates who won first, second, and third prizes in the national excellent student selection exam; won first, second, and third prizes in the national science and technology competition and graduated from high school, with national high school exam results according to the admission combination reaching the admission score of the major or higher (Tariff: not exceeding 5% of the general quota of each major).
