Young people from the humanities will participate in the "Red Journey for Research and Study" in China in 2026.

From August 15-19, 2026, a delegation of 5 representatives from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, participated in the "Red Journey for Youth Research and Study - Study Camp Following in the Footsteps of President Ho Chi Minh" program with the theme "Vietnamese and Chinese Youth: Pursuing Revolutionary Ideals - Joining Hands to Build the Future" in Guangxi, China.

The program was implemented based on the initiative of high-level leaders of the two Parties and States of Vietnam and China. At the invitation of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth League sent a delegation of 100 delegates, including teachers, lecturers, and students from Vietnam, to participate in research, study, and exchange activities in Guangxi.

Within the framework of the program, delegates participated in various research, study, and exchange activities in Nanning City, with notable destinations including Guangxi University, Guangxi Minzu University, Guangxi Vocational and Technical University, and Nanning Guangxi Yutai School. Through these activities, delegates had the opportunity to learn about the educational environment and training programs, while also exploring the milestones in the friendly exchange between Vietnam and China.

In addition, the journey expanded its experiential learning opportunities through activities exploring science, technology, and innovation at the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center, the Guangxi Artificial Intelligence Academy, and the Guangxi Science and Technology Museum. These practical experiences helped delegates access new trends in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and science and technology, thereby broadening their perspectives on the role of knowledge and technology in modern life.

Beyond research and study, the program also creates a space for cultural exchange and connects young people from both countries through activities at Nanning Expo Park, the Sanjia Liangxiang Old Town, and especially the China-Vietnam Youth Festival. This is an opportunity for Vietnamese and Chinese youth to meet, share, learn about each other's cultures, and enhance mutual understanding.

For young people in the humanities, the "Red Journey for Research and Study" is an opportunity to learn from practical experience, broaden their knowledge, enhance international exchange, and access new issues in education, science and technology, and culture. Through joint activities, young delegates contribute to fostering traditional friendship and promoting connection and understanding between Vietnamese and Chinese youth.

From historical milestones to future advancements, the youth of the Faculty of Humanities continue to affirm their proactive learning spirit, desire for connection, and ability to integrate internationally on their journey through life.
