University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

This was the topic discussed at the scientific seminar on the theme "Building an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Competency Framework for Students," jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (USSH) and META Corporation this morning, July 23, 2025.

In the context of AI's increasing development and its becoming a key factor in social life, identifying core competencies for students is a pressing task to help them adapt and thrive in the digital age. However, there is still a lack of a specific, practical competency framework for students, creating difficulties in training and career guidance.

This was one of the topics discussed at the scientific forum "Connecting Technology and Innovation in Vietnamese Journalism and Media 2025" with the theme "The Power of AI for Young Communicators," organized by the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi (SJC) this morning, June 12, 2025.

On June 12, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, will organize the forum "Connecting Technology and Innovation in Vietnamese Journalism and Communication 2025" with the theme: "The Power of AI for Young Communicators".

Making AI a compulsory subject is not only an inevitable trend, but also a crucial leverage point to help Vietnamese higher education keep pace with the world.
