University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

This is a significant academic event, not only to showcase a representative research work but also to commemorate and pay tribute to one of the great historians of modern Vietnam – a figure respectfully remembered by generations of students and colleagues as one of the "four pillars" of Vietnamese historiography, along with Professor Phan Huy Le, Professor Ha Van Tan, and Professor Tran Quoc Vuong.

The award was presented at the 8th National Book Awards Ceremony on March 8, 2026, jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Vietnam Publishers Association, and Vietnam Television.
