On October 28th, the preliminary round of the 2023 Vietnamese Public Speaking Contest for International Students in Vietnam, organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, will take place at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

On October 5, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH)) met and exchanged views with a delegation from the Ministry of Education and Training (led by Dr. Nguyen Hai Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation) regarding preparations for the preliminary round of the 2023 Vietnamese Public Speaking Competition for international students in Vietnam.
