On October 5, 2023, Associate Professor, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) had a meeting and discussed with the working delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training (led by Dr. Nguyen Hai Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation) about the preparations for the Preliminary Round of the Vietnamese Speech Contest for foreign students in Vietnam in 2023.
