Professor Philippe Papin was awarded the Medal "For the Cause of Education"

On November 22, 2025, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son signed a decision to award the Medal "For the Cause of Education" to Professor Philippe Papin. The awarding ceremony was solemnly held on November 24, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.

University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a ceremony to award certificates to the Vietnamica Project

On November 24, 2024, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (USSH), the Vietnamica Project Management Board held a ceremony to award certificates to graduate students and students participating in the Project. Scientists, students and researchers from USSH have participated and actively contributed to the overall success of the Project. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University) is a member of the Management Board, many lecturers participated as experts, 07 students, 01 graduate student and 01 postdoctoral researcher received scholarships from the Project.

Post-steles in the Vietnamese Han Nom literary heritage

On November 24, 2020, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with the Institute of Han Nom Studies and the French Institute for Advanced Studies organized a seminar on "Post-steles in the Vietnamese Han Nom Inscription Heritage". The seminar is part of the Vietnamica Project.
