On October 2, 2023, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, VNU-USSH) chaired the October school-wide meeting. The meeting was attended by Vice Rectors, Party Cell Secretaries, Heads of units under the School and leaders of mass organizations.
