Based on the SHB Scholarship Fund Charter signed between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Hanoi - Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Tay Hanoi Branch (SHB) regarding scholarship sponsorship for students in the 2024-2025 academic year, the University respectfully requests the leadership of each unit to select scholarship recipients with the following criteria:
