1. Selection criteria
- I am a full-time student;
- Students with an average academic score of 3.2 or higher in the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, and a conduct score of "Good" or higher;
- Students who have not received any non-funded scholarships during the 2024-2025 academic year;
- Students must not have violated disciplinary rules during the 2024-2025 academic year, up to the time of scholarship consideration;
Priority will be given to: Students who are eligible for government-sponsored programs, students with particularly difficult circumstances; and students who actively participate in social activities and youth union/association activities with a positive impact on the community.
2. Number of candidates to be considered:
The entire university has 17 scholarship slots. Each unit will select and nominate one student to receive the scholarship. The Faculty of Anthropology and Religion has two slots for its two training programs.
3. Scholarship value:Each scholarship is worth VND 7,352,000 per student.
4. Application documents for scholarship consideration include (Students submit documents to the Faculty/Institute):
- Student's individual achievement report in academics and training (according to template). Students are requested to truthfully declare their academic and training results. Students do not need to print the results; the school will check them on the training software for students recommended by their respective units.
- Documents proving eligibility for social welfare programs or exceptionally difficult circumstances.
- Certificates of achievement in scientific research, youth union/association activities, and community support activities with a positive impact.
The University respectfully requests that the leadership of each Faculty/Institute widely publicize the scholarship program to students, select one application each, and send a soft copy as a single PDF file to the email address: bang@ussh.edu.vn. The deadline for submitting applications is 5:00 PM on March 17, 2025 (Monday). After this deadline, any unit that fails to submit an application will be considered by the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department as not having any students participating in the SHB scholarship selection for Semester 1, academic year 2024-2025.
