Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 827/ĐHQGHN-KHCN dated March 20, 2013 of Hanoi National University on the development of plans and budget estimates for science and technology (S&T) in 2014, the University requests units to summarize S&T activities in the 2012-2013 school year and propose S&T tasks for the 2014 fiscal year with the following specific contents.

In 2012, the Center for Cooperation and Knowledge Transfer - VNU completed the procedures for copyright registration for lecturers working at VNU. In 2013, we request that lecturers continue to register copyright for their published scientific works.

In accordance with the directive of VNU, during the period, the Hanoi National University Journal of Science (TCKH) will publish all articles published in TCKH on the VNU website.
