Staff currently working at Hanoi National University with a PhD degree or higher. Having chaired at least 01 research project from the basic level or higher of Hanoi National University and having at least 05 published works in the research field (for funding for research projects).
Funding level and implementation time
- Topic: not exceeding 100 million VND. Implementation from 1 to 2 years.
- Conference/workshop: not exceeding 60 million VND. Time of organization depends on the scale and content of the workshop.
- Publishing: not exceeding 30 million VND. Publishing time from 3 to 12 months.

- Social Sciences and Humanities.
- Natural Sciences.
- Technology: information technology, petrochemical technology, biotechnology, automation and control technology, telecommunications technology, nanomaterials and new materials technology, environmental technology.
