University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

On the morning of July 2nd, 2024, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) held the Opening Ceremony of the 395th AUN-QA Program Evaluation for four undergraduate programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Law, and the University of Technology.

“Making a Difference – Barrier-Free Social Work: Towards Sustainable Development and Emergency Response” was the theme of the international scientific conference organized by the Faculty of Sociology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, on August 1-2, 2023.

On August 1, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China (PolyU) signed a cooperation agreement focusing on social work, marking a new stage of development for the social work field at VNU-USSH in particular and in Vietnam in general.

With a pioneering mission in training and research in Social Work in Vietnam, the Faculty of Sociology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, collaborated with partners to organize an international conference on the theme “Make a Difference – Social Work Without Barriers: In Response to Sustainable Development and Public Emergency”.
