University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

From July 28th to August 1st, 2025, 81 students from the Information Management and Information-Library Science majors officially began their intensive internship and practical training in Quang Ninh province as part of the second semester's coursework plan for the 2024-2025 academic year. This is an important annual activity in the training program, helping students gain practical professional experience while fostering a connection between knowledge, practice, and people in the two majors.

Aiming to build a standardized, high-quality system of textbooks and monographs, contributing to affirming its pioneering and leading role and position in training and scientific research, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has approved a key project on publishing textbooks, monographs, and scientific products of the University.

In the digital age, technology not only changes how we access information but also opens up new opportunities to preserve, protect, and disseminate enduring human values. Stemming from this vision, the Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge Services specialization, within the Information and Library Science program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), was established to equip young people with a solid foundation, ready to embrace digital transformation and contribute to the development of a knowledge-based society.

The Information and Library Science field is not only a gateway to an endless treasure trove of knowledge but also plays a crucial role in managing and utilizing information in the digital age. With the development of technology and artificial intelligence, this field of study is becoming increasingly important, requiring high-quality, flexible, and creative human resources.
