University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU

From July 28 to August 1, 2025, 81 students of the two majors of Information Management and Information - Library officially began their internship and practical training in Quang Ninh province according to the second semester study plan, academic year 2024-2025. This is an annual activity of great significance in the training program, helping students to gain practical experience in their profession, while creating conditions to connect knowledge - practice - people between the two majors.

Aiming at the goal of building a system of standardized, high-quality textbooks and monographs, contributing to affirming the pioneering and leading role and position in training and scientific research, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi has approved a key project on publishing textbooks, monographs and scientific products of the University.

In the digital age, technology not only changes the way we access information, but also opens up new opportunities to preserve, maintain and spread humanistic values ​​that last over time. Based on that vision, the major of Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge Services, under the Information - Library Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) was built to equip the young generation with solid provisions, ready to take the lead in digital transformation and accompany the development of a knowledge society.

The Information and Library Industry is not only the door to open an endless treasure trove of knowledge but also plays a key role in managing and exploiting information in the digital age. With the development of technology and artificial intelligence, this field of study is becoming more and more important, requiring high-quality, flexible and creative human resources.
