University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

In the context of higher education undergoing a strong transformation in the face of the digital transformation wave, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, continues to affirm its pioneering role by becoming one of six higher education institutions nationwide participating in the development and compilation of learning materials for the "Digital Literacy Program" - a program to popularize digital skills for students across the country.

A scientific conference on the theme "The Role of Scientific and Technological Information in Socio-Economic Development" was held at the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City on August 29, 2025, with the participation of nearly 500 delegates including leaders, scientists, experts, businesses, and students, aiming to clarify the strategic role of scientific and technological information in the digital age and artificial intelligence.

At the workshop themed "Implementing the Digital Competency Framework for Students - International Experiences and Vietnamese Practices," organized by the Ministry of Education and Training on July 11, 2025, with the participation of representatives from departments and bureaus of the Government Office, the Ministry of Education and Training, and more than 200 higher education institutions nationwide, representatives from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) provided numerous consultations on the practical implementation of Circular 02.
