On June 5, 2024, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) announced the results of the QS World University Rankings 2025 (QS WUR 2025). In particular, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) has made a strong increase to its position in the 851-900 group of the world's best universities according to QS WUR's ranking criteria (compared to the previous ranking of the 951-1000 group).
