Within the framework of the Vietnam-Ireland Bilateral Education Cooperation Project (VIBE), funded by the Irish Embassy, ​​Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) successfully collaborated with the Innovation Academy, University College Dublin, Ireland, to organize Phase 1 of the VIBE Project: “Enhancing the capacity of VNU lecturers and administrators using an innovative and entrepreneurial thinking approach (efficiency-oriented thinking) to promote and strengthen 21st-century skills and foster an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in students.”
