Phase 1 of the VIBE project, implemented over two years (2018-2019), contributed to positive changes in teaching innovation at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). It fostered a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, harnessed the potential of each lecturer directly and indirectly involved in the project, and, through the lecturers, disseminated this to colleagues and students, promoting a love for the profession and commitment to their respective units. Simultaneously, the VIBE project created a community of innovative educators within VNU (the VNU VIBERS community).
Through numerous active and effective activities, the VNU VIBERS Community has contributed to spreading the message about the need for change and preparation to adapt to unpredictable changes and fluctuations in the future, as well as creating breakthroughs in training quality through innovative and practical solutions. Following the success of Phase 1, to further spread the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, within the framework of the VIBE Project Phase 2 in 2021, VNU Hanoi continues to organize training courses.Innovative Educator" for staff and lecturers currently working at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
