Within the framework of the 7th session of the Vietnam - Angola Intergovernmental Committee in Luanda (Republic of Angola), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi signed a cooperation agreement with Agostinho Neto University to implement scientific and training activities in the coming time.
