In the context of AI's increasing development and its becoming a key factor in social life, identifying core competencies for students is a pressing task to help them adapt and thrive in the digital age. However, there is still a lack of a specific, practical competency framework for students, creating difficulties in training and career guidance.

On March 15, 2024, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held a meeting with Mr. Ruici Tio, Asia Pacific Regional Policy Manager for Safety and Integrity at Meta Group (Facebook).
