April 10, 2018: Submitting proposals for Science and Technology tasks in 2019

The hard copy has been sent to the unit via post. We respectfully request that the Heads of the units disseminate the contents of the Official Dispatch to all scientists in their units and propose tasks.

Proposals for VNU-level research topics must be submitted to the Department of Scientific Research Management before April 10, 2018. The remaining tasks must be submitted before April 20, 2018.
