1. Time and location of the event
- Time:2:00 PM, June 26, 2026 (Friday)
- Location:Faculty of Literature Auditorium.
- Attendees: Representatives from the leadership of training units, representatives from the leadership of functional departments, the Secretary of the Youth Union; the President of the Student Association; postgraduate training assistants and newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders.
2. The university requires all new PhD and Master's graduates to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
- At exactly 1:30 PM, the new PhD and Master's graduates should be present at the Faculty of Literature Auditorium to receive their ceremonial attire and follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- Following the doctoral and master's degree awarding ceremony at the Faculty of Literature Auditorium:
New PhD graduates should bring their Citizen Identity Cards to the Training and Student Affairs Office (Room 101, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
New master's graduates should bring their Citizen Identity Card to the Training and Student Affairs Office (Room 302, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
To ensure the successful organization of the doctoral and master's degree awarding ceremony, we kindly request that the leaders of each unit inform their newly graduated doctors and masters to adhere strictly to the plan.
