The tourism knowledge training course organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities took place this morning, May 18, 2009. Attending the opening ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Gia Lam - Vice Principal of the School, Ms. Hoang Thi Diep - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Tourism, Mr. Dang Nguyen Nham - Head of the Organization Department, General Department of Tourism.

Attending the opening ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Gia Lam - Vice Principal of the School, Ms. Hoang Thi Diep - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Tourism, Mr. Dang Nguyen Nham - Head of the Organization Department, General Department of Tourism.
The course is organized to supplement specialized knowledge of tourism for the subjects who are officers working in the tourism industry. There are 20 students from the Institute of Tourism Development Research and the Center for Tourism Information and Documentation attending this course.
The courses focus on the main contents: introduction to tourism, tourism geography, tourism culture, tourism planning, hotel business administration, travel business administration...
The course lasts for 2 months, starting from May 18, 2009 at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Students who complete the course will be awarded a course certificate.
