The training course on tourism knowledge organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities took place this morning, May 18, 2009. Attending the opening ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Gia Lam - Vice Rector of the University, Ms. Hoang Thi Diep - Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, and Mr. Dang Nguyen Nham - Head of the Organization Department, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

Prof. Dr. Pham Gia Lam - Vice Rector of the University, Ms. Hoang Thi Diep - Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, and Mr. Dang Nguyen Nham - Head of the Organization Department, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
The course was organized to supplement specialized knowledge in tourism studies for officials working in the tourism industry. Twenty participants from the Institute for Tourism Development Research and the Tourism Information and Documentation Center attended this course.
The courses focus on key topics such as: introduction to tourism, tourism geography, tourism culture, tourism planning, hotel business management, and travel agency business management...
The course lasts for two months, starting on May 18, 2009, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate.
