Announcement of Scholarship Programs under the Agreement in 2019

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, provides information on scholarship programs under the Agreement in 2019, specifically as follows:

• The governments of these countries waive tuition fees, provide accommodation support, and partially cover living expenses; the Vietnamese government subsidizes living expenses, health insurance, and round-trip travel costs from Vietnam to the place of study.

• Detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, application requirements, and required documents will be published in the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions announcement and posted on the following websites:www.moet.gov.vnof the Ministry of Education and Training.

• The announcement and selection process for scholarship programs begins in the first to third quarters of each year, as announced by the foreign country (details in the attached table). Successful candidates will be sent to study in the fourth quarter of the year of the announcement. Units should disseminate information about the 2019 Agreement Scholarship Programs to their staff and students and nominate candidates for the application process. The list of applicants, ranked in order of priority, should be sent to VNU via the Cooperation and Development Department.
