Announcement of 2019 Agreement Scholarship Programs

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU informs about the 2019 Agreement scholarship programs, specifically as follows:

• Governments of other countries waive tuition fees, support accommodation, and part of living expenses; the Vietnamese government subsidizes living expenses, health insurance, and round-trip travel expenses from Vietnam to the place of study.

• Detailed information about candidates, eligibility requirements, and application documents as specified in the Admission Notice of the Ministry of Education and Training will be issued and posted on the following websites:www.moet.gov.vnof the Ministry of Education and Training.

• The time for announcing enrollment and selecting candidates for scholarship programs starts from Quarter I to Quarter III every year according to the announcement of the foreign side (details in the attached table). Successful candidates will be sent to study in Quarter IV of the year of enrollment announcement. Units announce information about the 2019 Agreement scholarship programs to their staff and students and nominate candidates. The list of candidates is arranged in order of priority and sent to VNU through the Cooperation and Development Department.
