The school announced the plan to organize the 2022-2023 Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony for all PhDs and Master's graduates of the first batch in 2023.
1. Time and location of the event
-Time: 9:00 a.m. daily30/7/2023(Sunday);
8:30 Doctor and Master present.
-Location: Hall 8th floor, Building E.
-Participants:Representatives of the Leaders of Departments and Centers; Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association; Representatives of the Leaders of training units andFirst batch of PhDs and Masters graduates.
2. Details of seating assignmentPhD, Masterat Hall 8th floor, Building ESee attached document.
3. School requirementsPhD, Masterattend the graduation ceremony:
- Wear formal attire, be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the graduation ceremonyPhD, Masterat Hall 8th floor, Building E:
+Doctor and Master's degrees are listed in the Commendation Decision.Come to receive the reward money at the Political and Student Affairs Office (Room 102, Building E).
+ Masters come to Room 304, Building E to sign for the original diploma and transcript. Masters need to bring their Citizen ID card.
+ PhDs go to the Training Department (Room 609, Building E) to sign for the original diploma and transcript. PhDs need to bring their Citizen ID card.
