I. Eligibility Requirements
1. Individuals who meet the following conditions:- Must be a Vietnamese citizen and reside in Vietnam;
- From the age of 18 and above;
- Application documents are available;
- Has a clean record;
- Possess diplomas and certificates of training that are relevant to the job position;
- In good health to perform the task;
- Meet other conditions as required by the job position.
2. The following individuals are not eligible to apply:- Loss of or limitation of civil capacity;
- Currently under criminal investigation; serving a sentence or complying with a criminal judgment or decision of the Court; or subject to administrative measures such as placement in a treatment facility, educational institution, or reformatory.

IV. Selection Criteria
- Round 1: Checking the eligibility and qualifications of applicants. If applicants meet the requirements, they will proceed to Round 2.
- Round 2:
+ Practice teaching one lesson and conducting an interview.
+ Test your English proficiency.
Candidates applying for the position of English teacher will take a test to assess their proficiency in a second foreign language (of their choice).
+ Assess the ability of high school teachers to apply information technology in performing their duties.
V. Application documents
1. Application form (handwritten);
2. A self-written resume in the prescribed format, certified by a competent authority (valid for 6 months from the date of application submission);
3. Certified copies of diplomas, certificates, and academic transcripts that meet the requirements of the position being applied for. Diplomas and certificates issued by foreign countries must be translated into Vietnamese, notarized, and certified by the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training;
4. Health certificate from a competent health authority (valid for 6 months from the date of application);
5. Certified copy of birth certificate;
6. Documents confirming years of service, participation in teacher excellence competitions, and awards won at national-level student excellence competitions (if any);
