The University of Social Sciences and Humanities organizes examinations and issues certificates in specialized foreign languages for tourism, in accordance with Official Letter No. 610/TCDL-LH dated June 20, 2012, from the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism regarding the authorization to organize foreign language proficiency tests for international tour guides, specifically as follows:
1. Eligible participants:
- Tour guides who do not yet have an international tour guide license.
- Students who aspire to become international tour guides.
- Other groups with needs
2. Language of the exam:English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Thai,
Khmer, Spanish, Italian.
3. Exam registration deadline:Before December 18, 2015
4. Exam date (tentative):December 26, 2015
5. Examination location:University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
6. Exam registration documents
- 1 portrait photograph (4cm x 6cm)
- One notarized copy of the ID card and one notarized copy of the birth certificate.
- 01 application form (according to template)
7. Examination fee:Due to the availability of multiple languages, candidates should contact us for details.
8. Examination format:
- Comprehensive test (reading, writing, and listening skills): 90 minutes.
- Thematic presentation: 7-10 minutes
9. Conditions for organizing the exam:The number of candidates is 30 or more.
