The Faculty of Literature, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, announces the enrollment for the preparatory course to prepare for postgraduate entrance exams in Literature (including the following specializations: Vietnamese Literature, Literary Theory, Folklore Literature, Foreign Literature) and Sino-Vietnamese Studies.
1. Target audience:
- Candidates wishing to supplement their knowledge for postgraduate entrance exams in Literature (specializations in Vietnamese Literature, Literary Theory, Folklore, and Foreign Literature) must hold a university degree in related fields, including: Art Studies, Cultural Studies, Linguistics, Vietnamese Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies, Vietnamese Language and Culture for Foreigners, Journalism and Communication, and Classical Chinese and Vietnamese Literature.
The supplementary knowledge program has a duration of 21 credits and includes the modules as prescribed in Part I of the Master's Degree Program Framework for Literature majors.
- Candidates wishing to supplement their knowledge for postgraduate entrance exams in Sino-Vietnamese studies must hold a university degree in related fields, including: Chinese Language, Chinese Studies, or Chinese Language Pedagogy.
The supplementary knowledge program has a duration of 23 credits and includes the modules as prescribed in Part I of the Master's Program Framework in Sino-Vietnamese Studies.
2. Class start date: tentatively December 2016.
3. Certificates
Students who complete the program will be awarded a Certificate of Advanced Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Classical Chinese Studies, and will be eligible to take postgraduate entrance exams in Literature and Classical Chinese Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

4.2 Tuition fees:The estimated fee is 5,000,000 VND per student (this may be adjusted depending on the number of registered students).
