To celebrate the Liberation Day of Southern Vietnam on April 30th, and to facilitate interaction and understanding of historical values through documentary films, while also aiming to educate students on ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Vietnam Film Institute, is organizing a film screening program at the university.
To celebrate the Liberation Day of Southern Vietnam on April 30th, and to facilitate interaction and understanding of historical values through documentary films, while also aiming to educate students on ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Vietnam Film Institute, is organizing a film screening program at the university.Two films were screened on this occasion:
- The city at dawn(Documentary film - directed by Hai Ninh and Nguyen Khanh Du; Winner of the Golden Lotus Award at the 4th Vietnam Film Festival)
- Dong Loc Crossroads(Feature film - directed by Luu Trong Ninh; Golden Lotus Award at the 12th Vietnam Film Festival)
The film is scheduled to be screened on April 20, 21, and the afternoon of April 22, 2010, at the following specific times:
- Morning: from 8:00 to 11:00
- Afternoon: from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- The session from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, is for school staff and faculty.
LocationThe auditorium is on the 8th floor of Building E. All interested teachers and students are cordially invited to attend.
